Golden Date & Honey Iced Latte
Drizzle 1–1½ tablespoons date syrup along the inside of a clear glass and add the remainder to the bottom with 1 teaspoon African honey.
Fill the glass with ice, then slowly pour in 6–8 ounces cold whole milk to preserve the layered effect.
In a separate cup, froth 2 ounces heavy cream with 1 ounce milk, 1 teaspoon honey, and a tiny pinch of cardamom until thick but pourable.
Gently pour 2 ounces freshly pulled espresso over the back of a spoon onto the milk to create a dark top layer, then finish with the honey cream foam.
